Can I pay with Credit or Debit Card?

No, there is no option to pay with Credit or Debit Card.

Can I get user manual in my language with the phone?

The language of included user manuals depends on the specification of the device. Generally English language is always included. Local language user manuals can be downloaded in PDF format from the manufacturer’s website anytime.

Are there additional costs other than that I see on the proforma invoice that I get?

If you are operating in the EU there are no further charges, what you see is what you need to pay. If you are operating outside the EU there might be further customs related charges over which we have no influence. For further information on applicable customs duties please consult  with the local authoroties.

No, there is no option to pay with PayPal.

Yes, there is an option for personal pick up.

All the phones are original, brand new and never used.

The list of countries where we can sell and ship are listed during the registration. If your country is not listed that means that we are not selling and shipping to that country.

All orders must be paid 100% at once, there is no option for installments.

Can I use Cash on Delivery?

This payment option is available to use for returning customers who are operating in one of the EUROZONE countries. For further details please read the coresponding section for terms and conditions on our website.

Can you deliver to small towns and villages?

We can delivery to any address which is not listed as an exception on the delivery company’s list.

My package arrived damaged or with one or more items missing, what should I do?

First before you would accept the shipment make a note with the courier about the incident. After you have accepted the package do not open it right away, make pictures about the boxing. Document the process of opening with pictures or with a video using your phone or any device. Make a list about the items you have received and which are missing. Send an e-mail to info@enecot.sk about this issue including all the documentation that you have made. We are going to file a claim at the insurance company to get the damage refunded. Once the insurance company pays us the value you will be able to either get your money back or use it for purchasing goods. Please note that the porcess may take several months.
